Description: Main floor and Daylight basement remodel with a second floor addition.

Project Summary: Located near the top of Phinney Ridge, the panoramic views of Green Lake directed this remodel. The clients wished to update their turn of the century home and give it a more contemporary layout while being true to the charm and character of both the home and the neighborhood.  By moving and layering the communal spaces towards the front of the house and opening up the spaces, its elegance was restored.
